H : what’s about preparing of Health ministry attanding?

M : everything is ok, Sir. But the data of patient will be ready in 15 minutes.

One hour later …

(The doctor’s assistant answers the phone)

M : yeah … okay thanks.

Sir, the health minister is waiting in meeting room.

H : okay, we’ll go there.

In the meeting room

H : Good morning, Mr. Aziz

A : Morning

H : Good morning, Ms. Indah

H : As the letter which you sent to us. We’ve prepared it. Let me to show it. This is our hospital’s data.

(bring the data to Ms. Indah)

I : ok thanks

(open the data and read it, and then give it to the health minister)

I : This is Mr.

A : Ok, let me read a moment.

H : we have tools that are sophisticated and complete

I think these tools are good but I think you should add for reserved.

H : This available.

I : What about the medical resources?

M : there are 60 specialist doctors, 20 general doctors, and professional staff have been minimal S1 graduation.

A : how about the services?

H : we always give the best service to our patient.

A : Ok, I want visit the patient by my self.

M : Ok let me show you.

(They go to patient’s room)

I : Good morning, sir. How are you?

P : well, thank you.

A : I want to ask you about hospital’s service?

P : I feel satisfied with the service.

A : Ok get well soon.

I : I want to know about the hospital’s profit.

M : we charge according to our facilities that we give to our patient and we accept the foreigner patients who get treatment in our hospital. And also give the best services to them so they believe to get it in our hospital. It can increase our country financial income.

H : And also we have international certificate from WHO.

(Show the certificate to Minister)

H : we get it because we fulfill the 3 criteria.

A : I appreciate about your hospital’s services. But I just give suggestion to your hospital to ready to face the free market. And it will be explained by Ms Indah.

I : Well, actually this hospital appropriate as an international hospital

But, there’re still any deficiencies which need to be completed.

Such as: security services. Why? Because I’ve read a newspaper or headline news that giving information about kidnap cases which involving side of medical resources in that hospital.
